Our home and cottage watch services include the following:
- mail collection
- perimeter check
- damage/theft check
- basement to ceiling water leakage/damage check
- electrical/mechanical/plumbing check
- dead mouse/vermin removal

After each inspection we will email you a copy of the inspection report and contact you immediately (by phone) if any significant issues or problems are discovered at your property.
Forgot Something? If you are already on your way or at your destination and have forgotten something important we can arrange to have it shipped to you.
Additional Property Services
In addition to our property watch services we also provide the following year round services as requested:
- spring and fall clean up
- grass cutting and yard maintenance
- hedge trimming
- landscape installs and maintenance
- window washing and cleaning
- gutter cleaning
- pressure washing – decks, porches, driveways, siding
- snow removal – driveways, decks, roof
- summer concierge services – groceries and beverage supply, A/C (if you’ve been away we’ll stock your fridge and get your A/C going before you arrive)
- winter concierge services – groceries and beverage supply, heat (if you’ve been away we’ll stock your fridge and turn the heat on before you arrive)
