Established in 2018 Shepherd Property Services strives to provide peace of mind to home & cottage owners when they are away from their properties for both short and long stretches, via our home & cottage watch service – see services page.

Whether you are going to be away for a few weeks or several months we will keep an eye on your property and provide you with status updates following each visit.

We also provide year round grounds keeping and property maintenance services such as; lawn mowing, landscape installs, spring and fall clean ups as well as snow removal.

Our service area spans from Point Clark to Inverhuron and all places in between.
