Pricing

Home & Cottage Watch:

The below sample pricing is based on a complete exterior and interior property inspection as detailed on the inspection checklist tab.  The property watch pricing is flexible based on what the customer wishes to be checked at their property.

• visit frequency – every three days = 25 $/visit

• visit frequency – once per week = 35 $/visit

• visit frequency – once every two weeks = 50 $/visit

• visit frequency – once per month = 65 $/visit

* these costs do not include additional services such as snow removal

 

All Other Services:

40$ an hour flat rate for all other services.

Services include; yard maintenance, spring & fall clean up, snow blowing, pressure washing, grass cutting, hedge trimming, landscape installs, etc.
